We work to respond to all inquiries as promptly as possible. Please be aware that some listings receive dozens of inquiries in just a few days’ time, and there may be a delay in responding to some inquiries. Our regular business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM and agents will respond to leasing inquiries within those business hours.

To inquire about a property listing, contact Lake Point through our website form, through the Zillow listing, or by contacting . Through any of these methods, the initial information we will need to respond to your inquiry is:

1.     Your name and the name of any other potential tenants;

2.     The address of the property you are interested in;

3.     Your email address;

4.     Your phone number;

When we receive your inquiry and contact information, Lake Point will make every effort to respond in three (3) business days and will request additional information from you to determine your timeline to rent and that you are able to qualify for the rental you are interested in.

If you do not receive a response after three (3) business days, please feel free to email  to follow up on the status of your inquiry. Due to the high volume of emails received, messages may be inadvertently overlooked from time to time, and we apologize if that occurs.

When we have confirmed the basic prospective tenant details, we will schedule a tour of the unit with you. If, after seeing the unit, you would like to proceed with the application process, we will give you a full application to complete, which includes proof of income, credit check, background check, and checking former landlord references, among other verifications.

If the verification process is successful, Lake Point will contact you about moving ahead with completion of a lease agreement. Often, more than one tenant will be engaged in this process for the same unit at the same time. Lake Point will give priority to the first applicant to complete the application process, pass all verification steps, and make themselves available to complete a lease and put down initial deposits.
